Real Estate may be how Stan and Jan earn a living, but they have a simple philosophy - looking out for their clients’ needs comes first and foremost. That's how they have done business for four decades and that's how they will continue to do so. 

Stan and Jan have been working together since they married in 1979. Jan, who obtained her real estate license in 1976, jokes that Stan’s licensure was a condition of their marriage, now her assistant. Residents of Fort Bend County, they have lived and worked in the area since their son Saul was a toddler, he's 44 now. Like most people with a successful practice, their client base is diverse and far reaching. Although their focus is Fort Bend County, as long as they can accommodate their clients’ needs, they definitely work outside the area. For those times when they cannot provide the level of service needed, they are able to refer their customers to an appropriate substitute through their wide network of competent agents around the city and throughout the world.
